EVENTS & ACTIVITIES
START A CLASS
Life is only what you make of it. Want to see a particular class created? Create it! Join up with another parent and co-lead it. Ask around, maybe you have a public school friend whose kids will be gone all day and they might be interested in leading a class.
PARTICIPATE
We try to make the most of our group and are constantly sharing, creating, and meeting up at local events. We've made pinecone bird feeders and painted pumpkins at the Grand Island Farmer's Market at the Welcome Center, we've gone on a field trip to a farm, and participated in lantern making and a lantern walk for the Fall Solstice.

SOCIALIZATION & MEETUPS
In addition to organized events & educational activities, we try and meet up at parks to play and have lunch or just to hang out for a little and get in some fresh air and see our other homeschooling friends.

Whether you're here just for the classes, the field trips, the casual get togethers, the online support, the socialization, or all of the above, it's important to get involved and stay active. Volunteer at the co-op, helping with siblings while the students are in class, picking up after classes, or coordinating new classes, field trips, or get togethers, we need you! We want you to be alive and present. We want to hear you and see you. Join us.
